Coating Characteristics: Compared with PTFE, PFA provides superior chemical-corrosion resistance and non-stick performance. It is suitable for baking trays, cookware interiors, cake molds and other metal food utensils. Its ultra-high molecular weight creates a rigid coating structure that resists most chemicals. This is a two-coat system.
Advantages: Non-toxic • Non-stick • Heat resistant • Acid and alkali resistant • High hardness • Excellent creep resistance • Flame retardant • Excellent ductility • Food-contact compliant
Applications: Kitchen hardware • Home appliances • Food-contact utensils • Molds • Other metal products
