Our coatings are manufactured without PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) or PFOS (perfluorooctane sulfonate). All products have passed U.S. and EU certification tests and comply with food-contact material requirements. They are non-toxic, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and non-stick. Coating colours are fully customisable and can be matched to international colour codes, giving customers greater design flexibility.

We provide complete product support and coating solutions across five main series:

1. PTFE fluorocarbon coating – RP 300 Series

2. PTFE fluorocarbon coating – SP 300 Series

3. PTFE fluorocarbon coating – KP 500 Series

4. PFA fluorocarbon coating – HP Series

5. Silicone coating – AP Series

 

Independent SGS testing is conducted with reference to the European EN 13130-1 standard for food-contact materials:

1. German LFGB food-contact certification

2. Specific migration testing for heavy metals

3. Specific migration testing confirming the absence of PFOA and PFOS, suitable for food-contact applications
